Are custom/personalized orders refundable?

Unfortunately, custom/personalized orders are non-refundable. In the rare event a refund can be provided, please contact us immediately so we can fix all related issues.

Do your items differ from the ones shown in the pictures?

Each item is custom produced, hence is unique and doesn’t look like any of its counterparts. Imperfections in the metal, welding marks, and drill holes only complement the item’s unique features and look. The actual colors of items might vary due to your screen settings, however, rest assured real products look equally great as pictures!

How can I start using a skillet for the first time?

Note please, all our skillets are covered with vegetable oil to prevent rust. Hence, prior to use wipe it with a dry napkin or a rag.

- Put the skillet over a fire and sprinkle its entire surface with vegetable oil, pork (or any other
animal fat), and salt.
- Heat the skillet for 10-15 minutes, remove from heat and leave it to cool.
- Wipe the skillet again with a rag.
- Put on the fire again - pour oil and heat. After the skillet is fully heated, you may start frying.

How can I take care of the skilled after use?

After the skillet has been used, wipe it with a paper napkin or a rag to make sure no leftovers are left on its surface. Then, use hot water to fully clean the skillet and wipe it dry with a paper napkin. Please, do not use any abrasive materials to avoid scratches. To protect your skillet from rust, sprinkle it with vegetable oil and gently distribute it all over the skillet’s surface. Make sure the layer applied is thin.

Is gift packaging/wrapping available?

Sure, we provide gift wrapping as well as custom inscriptions on the packaging for certain types of products. In case you need any of these services, please indicate your request while placing your order.

Can I place a wholesale order?

Sure, our production has enough capacity to handle wholesale orders! Moreover, wholesalers and drop shippers can benefit from our special offers on wholesale purchases. Please, contact us for more information on prices for products you are interested in.

How do I place a personalized/custom order?

After you add an item to the shopping cart, please, leave your special requests on personalization/customization in the note to the seller (IconicDesignArt section) located on the left side of your screen layout.

Do I need to pay import duties/taxes/fees?

The price of the item doesn’t cover import duties, taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for the settlement of such payments. Before placing your order, please check about these additional costs with your country’s customs. Shipping fees are normally charged by the shipping company, hence when picking your item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. When shipping none of our goods are marked below their actual value or as “gifts. It’s prohibited according to international government regulations.

What’s your policy on shipping to Germany?

On January 1, 2019, Germany passed the Packaging Act (VerpackG), which
imposes certain requirements on online retailers selling to customers in
Germany. The Packaging Act aims to improve the recycling and reuse of
materials (cardboard boxes, adhesive tape, bubble wrap). It is mandatory
to register in the system and keep the corresponding records. If
violations are detected, sellers are fined (up to 200,000 euros). As a
small business we do not want to expose ourselves to such risks, so we
have decided not to deliver our goods worth more than 150 euros to
Germany. When sending parcels to Germany, we use the services of an
intermediary and act within their capabilities. We apologize in advance
for any inconvenience.
