☝️INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUTTING THE PAN INTO OPERATION

1. Wipe off the preservative grease with a cloth or paper towel.
2. Wash with warm water and detergent.
3. Cook 1-2 kg of salt so that the salt darkens and starts shooting for 40-50 minutes.
4. Pour the salt into a bowl, pot, bucket. Keep this salt at hand.
5. Pour 0.5 liters of sunflower oil and fry for 40~50 minutes.Drain.Instead of oil you can use lard (lard).
When frying pan with oil, the fire should not be strong so the oil does not catch fire!!! If it does catch fire, pour salt!!!
6. Pour new oil and you can cook.
7. In the off-season grease pig fat (lard) pan, lid on top.All small parts grease and wrap in newspaper.Store in a dry place.
