- 1.5 to 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until it's cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your preferred side dishes and beverages.
