- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into four patties of equal size.
- Heat the WOK over medium-high heat. Add the burgers to the WOK and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they're cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- If you're adding cheese, place a slice on each burger during the last minute of cooking, then cover the WOK with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Toast the burger buns, then assemble the burgers with your preferred toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy with your friends and family!
