- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a WOK over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until browned. Remove the beef from the WOK and set aside.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and onion to the WOK. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add the garlic to the WOK and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- Return the beef to the WOK and pour the sauce over everything. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and everything is evenly coated.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
